Such goals include advocating for the enactment of legislation that incorporates a human rights-based framework into legal standards, as well as fostering cultural changes within companies through the integration of enhanced corporate social responsibility practices. This session is designed to facilitate a collaborative exchange, tips and tricks, lessons learned from the lost fights, and most importantly, the winning stories, focusing on strategic human rights litigation related to emerging technology cases.
